PROFESSOR DRACULINO AND PROFESSOR MARCELO TAUGHT A SEMINAR AT THE HPD POLICE ACADEMY FOR THE DEFENSE TATICS INSTRUCTORS.
THE INSTRUCTORS HAVE PREVIOUS TRAINING IN SOME GRACIE JIU-JITSU SELF DEFENSE TECHINQUES AND THE TECHNICAL CONTENT HAD SEVERAL NEW DETAILS AND OPTIONS FOR SOME REALLY COMMON SITUATIONS AND AGRESSIONS SUCH AS HEADLOCKS, SUCKER PUNCHES, AGRESSIVE STRIKERS, TECHINCAL LIFT WITH GUN PROTECTION, MOUNT ESCAPES AND MORE.

This is a new video by White Boy Tv which was edited by Padlock for this final interview of Larry Lyon and some special appearances from other Gracie Barra students and instructors.

Gracie Barra Texas will be having a free training day only for the ladies during our fundamentals class at 10:30am on 08/29/09 . All students are welcome to bring their wife, girlfriend, sister, relative, friend or daughters from 12 years and older. Not only will they ladies get a free class, they will also get a free t-shirt and  if they decide to sign up for the fundamentals program, they get 50% off their registration fee.

This is a GREAT opportunity for the women to try out an effective self defense class and meet other women interested in learning how to defend themselves from much larger opponents. With all the crime and women being abducted and robbed in our area learning to defend your self with a proven martial art that was designed for the smaller person to defeat the larger opponent. 

One of our Senior members, "Captain"  will be turning 51 on wed.  August 19th. We will be having dinner at East Star Chinese Buffet on Nasa Rd 1 and El Camino (281-280-8823) after class from 9pm to 10:30pm. All of Gracie Barra Tx is invited  (No gifts required or desired) It will be a great time to kick back relax, have a nice dinner and meet some of the other students while visiting with some of our senior students and instructors.
